Comparison Purchasing
To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. To confirm the quality of a jewelry item and whether it suits you or not, please contact our Jewelry Consultant at [email protected] and we would be happy to help you make your choice. Thus, the return process of the other products will not be free and will be at your costs.

Product Description and Photographs
Shop.gate-of-nations attempts to be as accurate as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly. If a product delivered to you differs drastically from what is described and shown in the site (that is to say it is completely another product), you can return it free of charge.
Return Policy
You can notify us within 7 days of receipt of shipment that you want to return an item purchased from Shop.gate-of-nations in most cases. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be completely in their original purchase condition, without any change or alteration, including all product documentations and package (in case of jewelry pieces) and shipped back to us within 7 days from the time you notified us.
If the product is delivered damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately. Please retain all packing materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately. Shop.gate-of-nations is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Returns without our authorization will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
For your own convenience and confidence, the charges of insurance is included in the shipment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Returns are processed weekdays and typically entered into our system within 24 business hours of receipt. Once entered into our system you will receive a confirmation email alerting you that your return has been passed along to our Quality Assurance department. Please allow 5 to 15 business days for this process to complete.

1-Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product differed completely from one that was purchased by the buyer due to our mistakes or unless the product was delivered damaged prior to any use by the buyer.
2- Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
